i had a small anxiety attack today because i knew i wasn't going to be able to make deadline, and that i've taken on much more than i can chew this month.

i was in a panic, then i was scared. then i was angry at being so weak and finally i just threw in the towel.

now i'm just scared my ass is growing sideways from sitting in this chair so long. that, and that CPK won't have the salad i've been craving all day.
