TheBrother: OMG. is it Friday today?
us: yeaaa... we just came back from Good Friday mass, remember?
TheBrother: OMG. that means i still have two more days of the weekend!

his girlfriend laughs as TheBrother and i do an uncannily similar and simultaneous pumping of fists in air.

this lent passed by in a crazy flash. so did the first week at the job! i was thrown quite a huge research assignment by Boss on tuesday, which i had to hand in by thursday.

i think the word "challenging" will be an understatement at this job, at least for the first few months.

oh well. at least my colleagues are nice. plus, i've been invited to my first media party by another editor in my company. oh, and that my brother's just down the street and we meet at the end of the week to tear up the pubs.
