sigh.
what was worse was that my brother's american, singer/songwriter fiancee was watching the show with the family. at first it was hilarious, but mid-way through, i started feeling really, really embarrassed.
i just hope its cuz mediacorp is saving the best for later. (who am i kidding?)
in other, less cringe-worthy news, i popped by NUS library on saturday to pick up some stuff for the tuition kid (who now has a babygirl!) i forgot how much i missed uni until i was physically in it. i do believe i searched for books with more enthusiasm that saturday morning than i ever had when legally studying there. even lugging all the heavy books up the stairs and getting blinded by the photocopy machine for a good hour felt wonderful.
you never know a good thing till its gone, huh.
ah well. having a paycheck rocks too.
tell me the tales/that to me were so dear/NONG NONG AGO/NONG NONG AGO.
