hong kong grows on you. the streets are messy and its rush hour every hour, but it sure grows on you.
and the cantonese spoken there is so... melodic, too. sounds different somehow from that spoken here, but i can't say why or how, since i don't speak it.
all the same its good to be back. already my hair is curly and poofy from the humidity and i'm perspiring for the first time in a week, but its good to be back.
way too tired to say much more. 4 days of walking around the exhibition fair plus a full stomach from some A-class beef kway teow from geylang have anchored me to my (sorely missed) bed... and heck, i aint gonna fight it no more.
