I have decided that 5-6am is the loneliest hour of the day.

Everyone is either on the way to sleep (if they're insomniacs/students), fast asleep (regular people), or passed out (clubbers that arrived home drunk about a half hour prior). 

The roads are empty, there's a slight mist that's very B-grade slasher movie-esque, and even the occasional cab that goes by looks aimless and lost. 

Also, showering at that time of the morning is the pits, because no matter how hot your water is, you still end up freezing when you're back in your room. 

Been at the office 3.5 hours now, and still waiting for my brain to wake up.
