i'm going on a beer diet. this is why:
Food:
Subway steak and cheese wrap: 353 calories
McDonald's fries (medium): 450 calories
McDonald's double cheeseburger: 530 calories
Wonton mee (dry): 407 calories (OMG? I HOW LOVE WONTON MEE?)
Chicken rice (roasted): 618 calories
Duck rice (braised): 706 calories
on the other hand:
Beer:
1pint guinness draught: 210 calories
0.5pint heineken: 120 calories
0.5 pint stella: 154 calories
beer in general = LOVE AND HAPPINESS.
as long as i stay away from those nasty peanuts that come with beer, i fail to see a flaw in this plan. (also, this is in no way the alcoholic in me speaking. swearz.)
