this techy guy, from uhm, geographically not too far away, was in Singapore doing a presentation on about some software system (yawn) that was supposed to enhance some...logistics thing or other. anyway, here are some words i caught (and their translations) when i wasn't busy pretending to look awake while daydreaming. try reading them aloud.
"...manufacturing schwits..." (manufacturing suites)
"...enterprise mash-ment..." (enterprise management)
"so.. we all want to know. what is the ackchuer programme does." (actual)
"letch me into-douce to you... pacificerly in the industry." (let me introduce to you... specifically in the industry)
"we will gif dem weal taim services." (we will give them real time services)
"...web enrabled products..." (enabled)
"our supplier porr-toh..." (portal? by now i can only guess)
"...is bieu in dorc neck techno-gy" (is built in dot net technology, ish)
"...is fressy-ber and can add any own fieu to my fieu." (its flexible and can add any [of your] own field to my field)
"you don't have to be techno-gy save-y" (savvy! savvy!)
and finally,
"even if it work on Oracer, yes, it can be work." -_-
this was about 1,000 times worse than when vick and i had to attend this computing class in uni - trying not to giggle when the teacher said "hardway" (hardware) and "softway" (software) was quite a feat.
yea, we're all of five years old. :P
