gosh, i can't remember when was the last time i took a break just to.. do what i wanted. seems like for the past i dont know how long i've been run off my feet to fulfill some form of work/daughter/sister/friend/girlfriend/student at bbdc responsibility.
i might be exaggerating, but still, it feels like high time for a break!
altho i am glad for my job, there are still times i wish i was still in NUS, waking up any bloody time i wanted, having the nights to do what i wanted, and having some days to swim as much as i wanted.
BUT! all is not lost. since it IS christmas (sleigh bells ring!) i shall be seeing my beloved extended (mother's side of the) family, plus most adorable nephews and nieces.
Christmas. the most wonderful time of the year. also the most stressed, tiring and backbreaking and broke time of the year. haha. but still, the most wonderful. :)
the angel Gabriel said to her "Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you amongst women, and blest is the fruit of your womb, Jesus."
Mary said to the angel "but how can this be, for i am a virgin?"
The angel answered "The Holy Spirit will come on you, and God's power shall rest upon you. For this reason the holy child will be called the Son of God. Remember your relative Elizabeth. It is said that she cannot have children, but she herself is now six months pregnant, even though she is very old. For with God, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE."
"I am the handmaid of the Lord," said Mary. "may it be done unto me." -Luke 1:28-38
