Happy Birthday, Vick!

okay i think she's the last of us to turn 21. welcome to being a legal adult, and not feeling even a day over 20. :)

i fell asleep in french class this morning, when he was going on about how to ask "what is the length and height of this building" in french. okay, seriously, when will i ever use that? anyway, he caught me and kept asking me if i understood. of course i don't understand u giant frenchman with ugly shirts and high pants, i was sleeeeping. ugh. i know i should be going for french class because i'm interested in learning the language, buuuut the last test for french was last friday, and the last oral is tmr, so nothing we learn now is gonna be tested anyhow so....i really don't see why i should still be going for class. especially when i only have that one class on both lecture days. sigh. look at me, i'm such a singaporean student.

tomorrow will be another day where i throw away marks in a test. seriously. since when were lit tests about such smaaaaaall details like... like... what is the colour of the WAISTCOAT some random girl in some random painting was wearing. [which was an actual qn set by the same teacher for a different module]. then there's french oral tmr too, which is um, pretty much 10 mins of speaking real slowly and going "ummm, ahhhh, vous pouvez repeter s'il vous plait??" sigh.

hmm. methinks there be a lizard living in my room. i haven't seen it yet, but random lizard droppings and those bird-like lizard noises are more than just a little worrying.....
